The modern identity core provided by BISP is equipped with several ideal features to ensure a smooth and friendly experience for users.
Step 1: Newest CRM/GRM Technology
The call centre utilizes the organization’s latest Government Resource Management (GRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Step 2: Enhanced Database and Technology
This step incorporates modern technical infrastructure and an enhanced database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all users.
Step 3: Highly Skilled Staff
Highly skilled staff provide prompt on-the-spot reactions and crisis resolution, ensuring beneficiaries receive the support they need quickly and effectively.
Step 4: High Capacity
The call centre can handle 8,000 to 10,000 calls daily, efficiently resolving complaints and inquiries.
Step 5: Distinct Ticketing System
A distinct ticketing system is introduced for each critique, enabling easy referencing and follow-up.

The BISP identification centre operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. It is currently not possible to contact the issuer on Saturdays or Sundays.
